FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

1. How will my order be posted to me?

Prints up to A3 size are packed in archival plastic sleeves and packed with a backing board inside a flat mailer box. Larger prints A2 size and greater are usually rolled carefully in an archival plastic film and shipped in a strong cardboard mailing tube. Alternatively, they can also be shipped flat depending on your preference. Please contact me or leave a note in your order if you have a preference for your print.

All orders will be sent out via Australia Post eParcel and will require a signature on delivery.

Every care is taken to ensure your print is packaged and posted carefully and should arrive to you safely.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

As prints are currently printed to order, there will be an initial turnaround time of approximately 5 business days to allow for them to be printed and sent to me for dispatch. The delivery time will also depend on your postal service.

For Australian orders, this usually takes approximately 5 business days.

For international orders, this usually takes approximately 5 - 10 business days, but can sometimes take longer due to customs, etc. All international orders will be marked as 'gift' and any import/customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

3. How long will my prints last?

Your print will last for many years (50 years), provided you take care of it (eg. have it framed, handle it carefully, keep it out of direct sunlight).

4. How are the prints printed?

The prints are fine art giclée prints, which are of archival quality. They are printed using an Epson 9900 and with Epson Ultrachrome K3 inks. These inks generally have a lightfastness of up to 200 years. The prints are printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 100% cotton 308gsm paper. It is a very high print quality and accuracy of colour reproduction. Please note, however, that colours may vary slightly from how they are displayed on your monitor, due to variations in monitors and colour profiles.
